Booking Data: Pick-up address, destination, date, time, and flight number (if applicable).
Device/Location Data: The App may request access to your Location (GPS).
- Purpose: To help you easily select your current location as the pick-up point.
- Note: You can deny this permission and enter the address manually. We do not track your location in the background when the app is closed.
Purpose of Processing: To manage the taxi reservation, communicate with the driver, and send you booking confirmations or updates.
Legal Basis: Execution of a service contract (the taxi booking).

2.3. Data Retention

Your personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the service and, subsequently, for the period established by legal obligations (tax and accounting regulations).

2.4. Data Sharing (Recipients)

CARTERBUS S.L. does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared only with:

Public Administration (Tax authorities) when required by law.
Technology providers strictly necessary for the app operation (e.g., hosting servers or email delivery services), who act as data processors under our instructions.

In compliance with Google Play policies and the GDPR, you can request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

To do so, please follow these steps:

Include the phone number or email address you used in the App.

We will process your request and delete your information from our active systems within 30 days, blocking only the data that we are legally required to keep for administrative or tax liabilities.
